PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Canaccord Genuity, Inc., Boston, MA July 2008 - May 2018 Vice President, Real Estate & Facilities, US

• Managed day to day facilities, mailroom and office services operations for 13 US branch offices, including over 300,000 square feet of office space, and six subtenants across the US portfolio of properties, serving as primary liaison for building management contacts.

• Worked closely with senior management and real estate brokers to identify new office locations and liaise with architects on work space management.

• Responsible for establishing, implementing and managing process for all hires, terminations as well as internal office moves and transfers.

• Accountable for the review, coding and approval of an annual budget of $15 million.

• Managed over 95 different vendors, including the evaluation of all service and maintenance agreements for the US offices to increase value and minimize costs for the organization.
