application of external and internal coatings. Certified Level II Radiographic

in Radiographic Technology.

• Scheduled and supervised daily section activities and personnel. Performed 70% of all standard and non-standard tests completed. Conducted environmental conditioning surveys for Materials Engineers.

• Completed modernization of Laboratory capabilities begun in 1984 with purchase of two computer controlled test systems, a strain gage based test data measuring system and 2 upgrades of test system software that resulted in a 50% increase in test data accuracy.

• Voluntarily worked double shifts over a nine-month period to ensure completion of the Comanche Aircraft Building block program. Directed the daily activities of 5 employees on both shifts.

• Selected as member of company inspection team that insured the presence of a vital component in a specific Aircraft model. Inspections utilized Radiographic techniques to prevent Aircraft mishaps through control failures. Personally inspected 46 of 97 Aircraft in the worldwide fleet.

• Assisted Metallurgical Engineers in the fracture/failure analysis of current materials and Aircraft elements through destructive and non-destructive techniques.
