SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF TRANSFORMATION / MANAGING DIRECTOR (2016 to Present)

Drive business transformation for a $600M business spanning diverse industries across the Americas, including technology, manufacturing, fashion, and licensing clientele. Lead internal initiatives, including organizational design, process improvement, CRM integration, leadership development, unification, and customer experience.

Provide strategic direction and day-to-day operational leadership to the $25M New York events operation spanning the cruise catering and pharmaceutical portfolios.
