(September 2012 – May 2013) Under the supervision of Dr. Lori Trask for my clinical rotations of Advanced Clinical practicum (180 hours) and Pediatric rotation (180 hours) for a total of 360 hours I saw patients ranging in age from newborn to age 21. Performed Well child check-ups, collaborated with physician to make diagnoses and treatment recommendations, ordered appropriate medications, immunizations, labs and diagnostic tests, performed sick visit evaluations, updrafts, wart removals, parent and patient education, as well as psychosocial evaluation.
