Oversaw operations of 116 room Assisted Living Community with revenue surpassing $7,000,000/year.
Achieved highest occupancy in the history of the community dating back to 1979. 98% full.
Created a strong sales environment teaching that all 85 employees were part of the sales process. Not just the Executive Director and Sales Manager.

Oversaw complete operations of 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility with revenue surpassing $12,000,000/year.
Consistently exceeded revenue and EBITDAMR goals. 2012 exceeded EBITDAMR goal by over $500,000
Led Golden Living Center from a 1 star CMS certification to a 5 star CMS certification in 2 years by achieving the highest compliance standards during annual CDPH surveys and exceeding national and state averages in quality measures.
Oversaw 115 employees split into 7 different departments and assuring all departments stayed within monthly budgets.
2013 I received the Golden Living 24-karat award that is awarded to the top 4 of 310 Living Centers.

Managed 250 accounts throughout the United States each with approximately $10,000 in product.
Consulted with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists to help them obtain maximum business practices.
