Planned and executed training for over fifty team members. Managed motor shop that maintained over seventy land vehicles, twenty water vehicles, and 300 pieces of specialized equipment. Ensured environmental protection standards in accordance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA, 42 USC 4321–4347) requirements were adhered to by motor shop employees. Oversaw that safety standards implication and conducted bi-annual Standard Army Safety and Occupational Health Inspections (SASOHIs) for entire motor shop, vehicle lot, and office buildings.
