I collected certified mail and regular mail from all departments daily. I used the postage meter machine to weigh packages and stamp mail with postal amount. I also would go to post office every morning to take and retrieve mail from the post office rental box. I also used UPS and FEDEX to ship and receive packages. I collected money quarterly from Casinos and Charitable Gaming. I inputted this data in our accounting system. I also collected money on the daily for work permits for new applications and renewables. I kept a daily spreadsheet in Excel. I also was the receptionist and work the switchboard with multiple lines. I filed paperwork in the filing cabinets. I also was over purchasing. I became a certified purchasing agent because the Governor wanted all state agencies offices to be certified. I purchased supplies, furniture, vehicles, equipment, uniforms, weapons, ammunition, and food. I would get quotes from vendors and meet with them as well. I hosted boosts at trade and vendors shows. I enter purchase orders in the Magic system and once approve send to the vendors. I was over the inventory supply room. I made sure to restock all supplies when running low. I have created memos. I have worked in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and powerpoint. .
