TECHNICAL Qualification:-

Passed B.Tech ( M. Eng) from Manav Bharti University Solan (H.P.) in year 2014.

Passed in 1st class Boiler Attendant 2010 from Jalandhar Board.

Passed 2nd class Boiler Attendant from Kanpur in 2006.

NCVT Exam of (Boiler Attendant) passed in Oct'05.

Computer Knowledge:-

Basic Knowledge in Computer application .

Presently working with M/S SAB MILLER INDIA LTD. (unit Haryana Breweries) from April'2014 to present time (as a Boiler Associate) it is a largest beer manufacturing plant in world with most advance technology used worldwide. Capacity of the plant 1.5 ML/HL.

18x2 T.P Husk fired boiler, w. p. 12 Ata. I know the All Boilers operation & Maintenance.

Passed B.Com from CCS University Meerut in 2003.

Thorough knowledge of boiler operation, safety practices and procedures.

Strong skills in operation of high pressure boiler equipment.

In-depth ability to operate heavy equipment of the boiler section with all its auxiliaries.

Strong ability to understand system of mechanical procedures and technical manuals.

Exceptional ability to work in isolation; stand, bend or walk for long periods of time; use limbs, fingers or hands to operate equipment, machinery or tools.

Uncommon knowledge of power plant systems and equipment.

Remarkable ability to make decisions under emergency conditions.

In-depth ability to withstand constantly in high noise, dust, fumes, poor lighting and ventilation, and high temperature levels.

Familiar with DCS/PLC system for the operation of Boilers.

Profound ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Check all fires and equipment when reporting on duty; clean boiler, panel and assigned areas.

Fire boilers to maintain safe and efficient operation; provide functional supervision to and assist Utility Worker when necessary.

Record temperatures and pressures on log sheets and maintain proper steam pressure, water level and fuel-air ratio in boilers.

Remain on firing aisle at all times, unless properly relieved, and complete all assignments as and when required.
