Directed construction for company and subsidiaries. Managed property acquisition, design review and approval, engineering, construction, and project capital budgets. Secured jurisdictional approvals, permits and final certificates of occupancy for territory covering Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Canada. Served as CNG Development Manager building two public access fueling stations. Created skilled marketing team and developed strategic planning and processes to promote CNG as an alternative fuel source. Earned Safety and National Code Regulations NGVi certifications.



Developed compliance for waste storage designing facility with architects and engineers to meet state and local regulation. Built new waste storage facility within five months for $170,000 saving $200,000 in annual fines.

Created infrastructure support for acquisitions in Louisiana. Contacted architects, engineers, contractors and inspectors to construct a new 36,000 sq' facility in Farmerville, Louisiana. Sold play for $130 million in three years for 40% profit.

Established CNG station in Conway, Arkansas to meet increasing demand. Created RFP to build a new CNG station and reviewed project plans, prints, permits, inspections and licensing requirements.

Lead five member accounting, marketing and tech support team promoting CNG sales as an alternative fuel. Increased CNG sales for Damascus, Arkansas by 43% in 12 months and internal use from 28% to 92% annually.

Eliminated Conway office facility to maintain profitability. Transformed facility to multi-tenant operations for $2 million for potential five year lease revenue of $24 million.
