Initiated transformative IT procedures designed to strength and rapidly reduce the time-table for the migration of M&A businesses ranging from $50M to $3B. Integration times were reduced from a maximum time of 1 year to 90 days.

Grew same-stores sales with the development of a pet grooming reservation call center. Leveraging Cisco technologies to build a solution to route potentially unanswered reservation calls to a central call center. Sales increased by 12% system-wide directly attributed to reducing call abandons, suggestive selling and speed of booking.
