Reported directly to the Chief Technical Officer. Developed and implemented a LEAN and Six Sigma training, certification, and mentoring program. Customized and initiated a business strategy to build a company wide continuous improvement culture. Supervised a global team of 31 continuous improvement professionals.

Captured year end bottom line savings of $45 million in 2014, $35 million in 2013, and $28 million in 2012 by training, coaching, and mentoring employees and changing company culture to LEAN/Six Sigma. Assigned each participant a continuous improvement initiative with a minimum $100,000 ROI.

Sponsored quarterly continuous improvement meetings, enabling newly certified LEAN or Six Sigma employees to give a detailed overview of their projects and bottom line savings. Celebrating their achievements and building employee involvement in new continuous improvement initiatives.

Created a team to design a new asset management application for tracking capital expenditures and maintenance of all internal capital assets.
