Reported to the Sr. VP of Human Resources, supported senior management, corporate staff and 450 employees in 100 facilities. Created and managed the Recruiting Department, and managed a staff of five.

Established a recruiting strategy and department following the acquisition of three companies where there was no process in place, including the implementation of an e-Recruitment system and online application.
