Characterization and fabrication of Single crystal Cadmium Telluride (CdTe) solar cell. November 2017
- Fabricated (PVD) single crystal CdTe solar cell in three different ways via Molecular beam epitaxy (MBE).
- Characterized and developed a correlation between manufacturing process and performance (I-V data) by using different techniques such as Atomic Force microscopy (AFM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-Ray Diffraction
(XRD).
- Achieved 73% of performance increase by change in the fabrication of the CdTe solar cell. In-situ nanoindentation by TEM of the silver nanowire. December 2016
- Determined the hardness and modulus of elasticity of the silver nanowire by Nanoindentation.
