Responsibilities include management/administration and supervision of all aspects for this multi-million dollar LHCSA (Licensed Home Care Service Agency). I directly oversaw the activities of the Nursing Department, Personnel Department, Secretarial Department, Fiscal Department, Case Coordinators, Human Resources Manager, and over 800 HHAs/PCAs. I oversaw the compliance of 20-25 MCO and MLTC contracts. I Chaired both the C.Q.I. (Quality Improvement Committee Meeting) and Administrative Medicaid Fraud Committee Meetings on a quarterly basis, as I was the Medicaid Fraud Compliance Officer.

Knowledge of all three computer systems used such as Sandsport/Sandata, HHA Exchange and Arrow.

My educational background includes a Master of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree with specialization in Criminal Justice.
