Gaining Total 6 years 3 month working experience in Operation of Coal based Thermal Power Plant.

Currently working in 2x660 MW supercritical units of P.F. Boiler. Associated with Adani Power Rajasthan Ltd., Kawai, Rajasthan as Associate Engineer from May-2012 to Till date.

Responsible for Efficient & safe operation of Three Cylinder Steam Turbine Generator sets (Shanghai Electric China make).Developing & improving Efficiency, Reducing in Hot Light up time.

Extending all possible support from field for all operational activities; start-up, shutdown, normal operation, emergencies, equipment changeovers & equipment trail etc.

Responsible for Proper Inspection of turbine & auxiliaries like MDBFP & TDBFP (Boiler feed pump), Heaters, Deaerator, Lube Oil System,Condenser,Gland Steam System, Cooling Water System, Stator Water System and Seal Oil System Etc.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking corrective steps to rectify the same.

Preparing daily defect List for smooth operation of the plant and update the same.

Facing various emergencies like Black out, Tripping of Turbine. Capable of normalizing the system in case of plant trip & other emergencies.

Possess good operational analysis and decision-making strengths.

Monitoring the healthiness of running and standby equipment with respect to any abnormal sound (or) vibration/smoke/fumes/dust etc.

TRAINING

15 Days Simulator Training of 210 MW at NPTI Badarpur, New Delhi.

15 Days Rotational on job Training at NTPC Badarpur.

One month Industrial Training in Indraprastha power generation co.ltd New Delhi.

2012 Post Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engineering (Coal based Thermal Power Plant) from National Power Training Institute, New Delhi with 75%.

2007 Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Mayurbhanj School of engineering, Baripada
