Steered the migration from Onyx to Seibel CRM, moving Oracle off a proprietary OS platform to an Intel based Linux platform in a RAC configuration.

Drove a $700K per year continual cost reduction migrating the entire enterprise to Google Enterprise Apps, to replace Exchange and Outlook.

Streamlined and executed five IT strategic plans and management strategies for $50M companywide capital and $3M expense budget, global network, and infrastructure, to include development clusters, business continuity, global facilities, lease management, and SOX compliance.

Managed the relocation to new corporate headquarters, building a new data center that combined four separate centers.
