ICU Medical Inc. - Austin, TX - January 2018 - April 2018- Production Operator/Technical Support - I ran the fabricator for the partfill and life care. I loaded the film that the machine made IV bags out of and loaded the ports in the hopper, so that the machine can insert the port in the IV bags. I contacted the mechanics when repairs are needed. I exam the bags for defects before it was loaded into the stacker, such as over hang wings on the bags and over inserted ports. I had to replace the roll of film on the fabricator when roll was almost empty at the end of the fabricator. I had to load a new role of hot stamp print on the machine when the roll ran out. When the computer went down, I did technical support to the program in the computer to get it up and running again. The hot stamp print was to print on the IV Bags. I had to refill the hoppers with the ports and belly buttons of the IV Bags so that the needles can insert them into the bags. If the needles missed a port inserted into it, the machine would sound and alarm and I had to shut down the machine and insert the missing port on to the needle and restart the machine. I also had to call the mechanics to repair the machine if it did not run or if the alarm would not shut down after I check all the systems parts that was functioning. I had to alert the spects I if there was problems with the print, such as a mix coloration or if the print was missing. I had to clean and wipe the fabricator when there was an end of lot and a beganing of a new lot. I had to check around, inside, and underneath the fabricator at the end of a lot if there was any bags left behind, so that it did not get mixed in with the new lot. I had to use a flash light to look around the fabricator. I had to throw away any hot stamp print roll in the trash after a lot change. I had to put together all the regrind for that lot in a bag and taped it up and push the cart to the film production department for sterilization and recycling. Tactix of Austin - April 2018 to Now. – Test Proctor/Secretary/Receptionis/Technical Support 1 - I administrator tests to test takers. I register test takers at the administration station in the office and then set up the computers in the testing rooms to start the test takers on the computerized exams. I dealt with test sponsers such as Pearson Vue, PAN, TCOLE, Comeria, ETS, and etc, when there is a test taker who has lost time on their exams such as a black out, technical problems with their test sponsers’s web site, paying for the exam, and getting the access codes to start the exam, and etc. I proctor from 5 to 12 test takers in the testing room and had to restock the stations with scratch paper, pencils, ear plugs, and notepads with markers. When the test takers computer went down, I was the service desk and technical support to make the program run again, by either disable any malware and spyware temporarily or shutting down the window’s program. I had to make sure the test takers signed all necessary admit documents such as rosters that would be sent into the test sponsors at the end of the month or day. I also answered the phones, I took proctoring fees from test takers, and I scheduled test takers for certain test sponsors that did not do test scheduling online such as Certiport and TCOLE.
