Profile

Ali is a member of the Order of Engineers and Architects, Lebanon (O.E.A) with good standing since 2010. He is an expert in mechanical engineering design work, fabrication steel work designs for steel structures, panel enclosures, canopies, base frames, battery cabinets, battery Raks and electrical cabinets. He is also an expert at pricing of these designs and preparing all the necessary drawings and documentation required for designs and pricing.

Ali was the maintance supervisor at Jubaili Company Group Nigeria-Factory Branch, where he was incharge of all fabrication machines (laser machine, LVD Strippet Punching machine, Bending and shear machines), fixing of machines trouble shooting errors and follow up with the spare parts orders and requisitions.

He currently manages and leads all Jubiali company’s-Factory Branch special projects for high profile clients. In this capacity, he controls every aspect of the project, communicates effectively with the clients and also gives advisory services to the client where required.

He is also a vital part of the team charged with the responsibility of building up, restructuring and rebranding the new engineering department structure in Jubaili company, with the mapping of all its processes, controls and procedures.

He is responsible for the cost reduction per project and improvement within the engineering department, and as a result, he has developed special skills in developeing new designs and processes which decrease cost up to 20 % and improve quality of products beside decreasing the lead time.

Cognitively, Ali has acquired many years of knowledge in electrical design and pricing, voltage control, Automatic Transformer Switch connections and control, Distribution boards connection and control as well as system synchronization.

He has attented many technical and personal training and courses before & after graduation,which helped him improve both technical and mangment skills.

Training attended including Software trainings as for Mechanical desktop inventor, Microsoft excel and acoustic calculations and problem solutions. In addition of that, technical trainings were done regarding electrical drawings, diesel generators trouble shooting, and Deepsea control software.

He is also a Six Sigma green & black belt certificate holder which provides technical and managerial knowhow on quality problem solving, improve business processes and increase his managerial and leadership abilities amongst others.
