1. I/C- PHC Medical officer - Govt of Odisha-1994-1998- Full administrative control over nearly 50 employees including drawing disbursement of salary, work supervision and guidance.
2. Additional charge of RMO-from 2003 to 2008 at Mamata General Hospital-
Supervising attendance and duties of Interns, Clinical Post Graduate Students,
Preparing duty rosters for Duty Medical officers in the Casualty, ICU and wards.
Monitoring hospital daily census on admission, discharge, LAMA, Absconding and Death through nursing Superintendent, CMO and AO.
Preparing guidelines on various activities of hospital with special reference to the medico-legal issues.
Participating in hospital death review meeting, Development committee meeting and clinical review meetings.
Also assisting the medical superintendent in supervising various additional and utility services like CSSD, Laundry, store, Pharmacy, Biomedical engineering, Bio-medical waste management and monthly reporting activities.
Issuing Medical certificates
Issuing insurance claim certificates and coordinating verification and issue of supporting records. Attending court and commission on insurance claim matters on behalf of the hospital
Issuing medico legal certificates and attending court to explain and depose evidence on behalf of the hospital when summoned.
