In Pennsylvania, the WIC program is administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH), which oversees the 24 WIC local agencies and 375 WIC clinics in the Commonwealth.
In Oct 2011 a module “Scheduler” was created in Silverlight 4, which will be integrated with WIC system.

Achievements: Provided the user with Highlighting and Comments feature (For WEB application). System allows user to write comments anywhere in the document as in paper copy. There is no tool, which supports this feature in WEB application (When this application was designed)
