I am a hard working individual who is keen to enhance my existing working environment knowledge. I have experience as a Customer Service assistant and a delivery assistant within the retail industry along with this I also have experience as Data Intake Team Administrator all skills used within the jobs listed are under the sub headings on the experience tab. . I have a strong drive to deliver on deadlines, being friendly and approachable who works well as an individual and also in a team, I have strong communication skills, both face to face and also over the phone as well as being an excellent listener. I am also seeking to develop my career through future employment.

While working at Cafcass as a data administrator I have undertook roles such as operation of Microsoft office to an intermediate level, receipt and process both private and public law applications onto systems such as ECMS and CMS, ensuring all correspondence is responded to or redirected, requesting police and local authority checks and recording that these have been sent with accuracy, effectively process foreign applications received from other countries, to process parental applications, case audits, ensuring all information is accurate and where incomplete or inaccurate chase up and amend ECMS, input data/information onto database, keep records of all work, receiving queries from courts, social workers, local authorities and local Cafcass teams through email, ensuring email inboxes are monitored daily and queries are responded to promptly and courteously, safeguard children through the process of applications.
