Act as senior team member, providing cross-functional support to major accounts. Applies advance knowledge and experience to resolve coordinate or provide direction to ensure key company accounts receive prompt and effective services. Interface with Credit Department and Claims dept, expediting shipments and account maintenance. Obtain all driver information along with carrier dispatchers information. Escalating any pickup or delivery issues to the Logistics Brokerage team.

Logistics Broker ll negotiate truckload rates with carries to ensure and provide the most efficient cost to our Logistics specialist teams . Coordinate dock rescue when needed. Working closely with the carriers and creating a relationship with carriers to ensure more dedicated truckload lanes.

Logistics Specialist responsible for aligning and allocating Transplace resources to meet the strategic needs of the Transplace client per the Scope of Services defined in Tansplace/Client contracts . Responsible for executing and delegating all dayday-to-day work related to assigned clients in order to maximize efficiency and deliver according to client and company expectations . Managing the integrity and accuracy of client's data within Transplace's TMS systems . Prepare and participate in some or all aspects of client business reviews .
