Dear Sir or Madam:
I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to review my resume. I am a highly motivated individual who likes a challenge and enjoys learning new areas of my field. As you can see from my resume, I have held various positions in the accounting profession. I progressed greatly during my tenure at American National Rubber; however, due to a merger with another company my position was eliminated. I was the controller for Tri-State Airport until April 2004 when I took a position with NES Traffic Safety for a better salary. This division was closed as of December 31, 2004. Next, I took a position as the cash manager for a multi-million dollar coal company where I worked for a several years. With the current economic situation they were forced to eliminate several positions, including mine. I was hired as the office manager for an excavation company where I was responsible for all office and accounting functions. The owners retired to Florida and closed the business. My last employment was for a steel manufacturing corporation that was acquired by a company located in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. The accounting department has now been moved to the corporate location.
If you should have any questions, or would like to speak to me directly, I can be reached at the telephone numbers listed above.
Sincerely,
Rebecca A. Keefer
