On behalf of Aeroflow Healthcare, I am pleased to offer you the position of Mother & Baby Billing Team Lead in the Asheville, NC location. You will be reporting directly to RYAN BULLOCK, Team Leader, with an official start date of July 24, 2017. This position is key to our organization’s continued growth and service to our patients. We would ask for your commitment to deliver outstanding quality and results that exceed patient expectations. In addition, we expect your personal accountability in all the products, actions, advice and results that you provide as a representative of Aeroflow Healthcare. As discussed your salary compensation will be $40,000 plus commissions based on the formula determined by the company annually up to a maximum of $12,000. This is paid bi-weekly. This position is considered an exempt position for purposes of federal wage-hour law, which means that you will not be eligible for overtime time pay for hours actually worked in excess of 40 in a given workweek. You will be eligible for annual performance reviews which might lead to increases in your compensation.
In addition to your compensation, you will be eligible to receive the benefits which are offered to Aeroflow employees. Attached is a copy of the employee handbook, which describes the Company's policies and procedures that will govern certain aspects of your employment. Please be sure to review the handbook, sign, scan and email back to me the Employee Handbook Acknowledgement and Receipt form.
The acceptance of this offer is contingent upon passing a mandatory drug screen (if required by the position) and a criminal and credit background check. This offer of employment will expire three (3) days from the date of this letter.
