Reduced costs of cast and forged components by up to 15% by redefining acceptable quality levels and studying manufacturing and machining tolerances.

Increased mechanical resistance of cast and forged components by up to 50% by reviewing projects and introducing structural modifications.

Boosted production by 75% in a year, while making small investments in equipment and optimizing layout.

Carried out audits on every part not approved by quality control – parts that weighed approximately 10 tons.
