Implement and maintain Quality Management system in our area of control, and to ensure that the Organization’s Quality Policy is and implemented by all personnel reporting to me.
Assists GM for the implementation of the Contract review process of the projects allotted to me.
Review & approve project construction program / plan prepared in conjunction with Main Contractor’s program.
To carry out post Tender Analysis for the projects they are Handling and give necessary feedback to GM.
Authorized to assess and accept or remove any person from my projects and can recommend for further action to be taken by the Management ( in Coordination with HR Department).
Authorized to forward any leaves and other benefits of the people reporting to me.
Responsible for all the activities related to my projects and attends the meetings with the Clients / Consultants / their representatives.
Authorized and responsible for the preparation, issue and update of the project Quality plan in accordance with Client / Contract requirements.

Ensure that project Safety plan is implemented efficiently.
