Director. FAMILY Arts @ WHALER’s Creation, Las Vegas, NV - (December 2016-Present) Non-Profit Organization. Part-time position that consists of overseeing the day-to-day operations, recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff and volunteers. February 2017, I was tasked with developing a marketing and fundraising campaign to galvanize support for an Awards Dinner. Within a short window of time I recruited an A-list of Vegas’ most distinguished community leaders who executed a standing room only event for foster/adopted youth. I secure corporate, local businesses and government sponsorship. Connect with middle and high schools to inform and gain their support. Recruit, board members, volunteers and exceeded all goals.

Pre K4 Teacher. City Arts & Prep Performing Arts Public Charter School. Washington, DC, (November 2015-November 2016). Taught core subjects from an advance curriculum.
