Persuaded Site and North America Operations Management to fund a comprehensive Master Planning program for the explosive growth and infrastructure needs to support the Site’s Ten Year Development Plan.

Initiated the complete inventory, cataloging and purging of existing Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Store Room operation. Changes included accessibility for ongoing maintenance, as well as equipment reliability. Led planning, preparation and successful execution of 3 facility shutdowns, as well as a never before attempted complete electrical shutdown of the Site to accommodate infrastructure repairs, as well as verify accuracy, and subsequent corrections, to equipment supposedly connected to Site Emergency power backup systems.
