I made several meaningful contributions for the Site and the Organization to include: Engineering reviews and change recommendations for the new Greenfield Site being built approximately 3 miles away. Changes included accessibility for ongoing maintenance, as well as equipment reliability. Led planning, preparation and successful execution of 3 facility shutdowns, as well as a never before attempted complete electrical shutdown of the Site to accommodate infrastructure repairs, as well as verify accuracy, and subsequent corrections, to equipment supposedly connected to Site Emergency power backup systems. Coordinated and completed modifications to Aseptic Filling Line to prevent ongoing vial breakage, as well as major corrosion and operational issues associated with heat exchangers and HVAC Chillers from long term water treatment deficiencies. Just as significantly, have worked and collaborated very closely with Environmental, Health and Safety to correct extensive Site safety issues during a comprehensive Site Audit by Corporate Auditors. Deficiencies included signage, identification of deficient or absent programs for refrigerant handling and monitoring, solvent and fuel storage reporting and protective measures, machine guarding, Lockout/Tag out procedures and training, as well as basic Personal Protective Equipment utilization.
