WORK EXPERIENCE: From year 1975 up to 4th. Of June 2009

Procurement Officer:

Performs various duties related to the Procurement of Critical Engineering, Operations and Drilling Materials, Equipment and Spare Parts in a cost Effective and Ethical manner considering Price, Service, Quality, Inventory Positions, Operations requirements in accordance with the Company Procedures.

* Review Technical Specifications, develop most suitable procurement Strategy and select the most appropriate Bidders in coordination with User Departments.

* Negotiate with Vendors Regarding Terms & Conditions and Prices.

* Preparation of Tender Documents, Commercial Evaluation of Offers, Preparation of Bid Summary & Recommendations, LTC / GTC submissions for approval and subsequent issue of Purchase Orders / Agreements etc.

* Liaising with User Departments to identify Critical requirements and provide advice on Procurement Strategies relating to Equipment & Materials supply.

* Responsible for Planning and Prioritizing Shut Down and New Project Purchases.

* Monitoring Closely the status of all Requisitions and Ensuring Timely Action taken at all stage of the Purchasing Cycle.

* Ensure Timely Delivery of Material through forward Planning, by gaining Knowledge of Lead Time, Market Conditions & Expediting.

* Resolve Disputes arising with Suppliers & Timely resolution of Discrepancies.

Inventory Controller/Stock Controller:

Maintain Adequate stocks to provide the best Service Level based on work programmers and priorities agreed with User / Customer Divisions including monitoring of the Nil Stock Items, handling of Re-Ordering Queries, Stock Adjustments. Develop proactive / effective Communication & Team Work approach.

Performs various duties of stock control using ADNOC Group Material Information & Control System (BP / MAXIMO / PASSPORT) to find out the requirements, specially in how to find out the Drilling Operations Requirements according to (3) Years Drilling Bar Chart / Plan and as per the Completion Type of the Well i.e.: Casing & Tubing, Well head Equipments, Downhole Completion, Centralizers and Rock Bits etc.

Ware House Supervisor :

Wide and long Experience in Storage of Equipment, such as Receipts, Storage and Issue in accordance with the Company Procedures while ensure that the premises are always kept in Safe and clean condition compatible with a smooth operations, well knowledge how to storage the Drilling Equipment such as Casing & Tubing (out side Ware House) in Yard and how to keep in good condition ready for issuing to the operation.
