• Currently leads all ethics and high profile employee relations investigations for the Global Systems Division of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), which employs over 5000 employees. Over 50 investigations are completed per year.
• Led a successful plant-wide effort to combat a union organizing campaign against the United Auto Workers (UAW) and United Steelworkers of America unions.
• Acted as the Company's chief negotiator for two (2) Labor Agreements, one involving the United Rubber Workers and the other with the Teamsters, achieving Company objectives in each case. Also participated as part of the Company's negotiating team on eight (8) other occasions.
• Administered Labor Agreements with responsibility for grievance resolution all the way through the arbitration stage.
