Prasently working in Vaibhav Laxmi construction, Roads, and Building works.

Worked with KALPATARU POWER TRANSMISSION LTD. as an Dy. MANAGER (Construction) from August 2014 to August 2015 for 330 KV Transmission Line for zambia 400 Km, line in Zambia, after this project my Transferred in Botswana project in Isang – Rakola Transmission line (220 KV, two lines (80+80) 160 KM)from August 2015 to Octomber 2016 in Botswana project

Worked with GAMMON INDIA LTD. as an ASST. MANAGER (Construction) from March 2013to 10 august 2014 for 800 KV HVDC Transmission Line for Champa to kuruksetra 230 Km, line in Jabalpur (madhapradresh) Client-PGCIL.

Worked with TATA PROJECTS LIMITED. as an Sr. Engineer (Construction) from Jan 2011to march 2013 for 400 kV D/C Transmission Line for Kishenpur to New Wanpoh 133 Km, line in Jammu & Kashmir Client-PGCIL.

Worked with GAMMON INDIA LIMTED T & D. as a Sr Engineer (Construction) from Sep 2005 to Dec 2010 for

400KV D/C Transmission Line on from Lakpat-Vadavi 190km, line in Gujarat Client-Power Grid Corporation of India

220KV D/C Korba-ChapaT/L 150 Km. Chhattisgarh. Client-Chhattisgarh Electric Board.

765KV D/C Wardha –Sawali T/L 150 Km Client-, Power Grid Corporation of India

Worked With VIJAY ENGINEERING (Srivastava Group) as a Engineer(Construction)Special Tower, Boil Mill, Mill Bankar, ESP, TP Foundation in NTPC KANIYA (ORISSA) From Sep 1999 to Aug 2005.

Work with J.P.ENTERPRISES as a Engineer (Construction) for Elevated Reservoir (ESR), Concrete Road, Culverts etc in Indian gas oil Bandera. Client NIT from March 1997 to Aug 1999.

Works with B Narayanan Associates As an Astt. Engineer (Construction) for Duct, concrete Road Telephone Exchange to Jagnade Chowk at Nagpur. From April 1996 to Feb 1997

Job Profile. For Transmission Line Project.

Arrange and develop the Subcontractors.

Achieve the target assigned by the Management & Client

Construction of foundation, Erection of Towers & Stringing.

Sending weekly Progress report to HO.

Monitoring the contractor for the timely completion of the works.

Ensure quality control at site.

Liaison with PGCIL Officers i.e. (DGM, Manager and Engineer) project related matters.

Handle and manage the suppliers and contractors.

Site Survey and drawing approved by official people

Achieve the target assigned by the Management by well planning and deployment of right resources.

Team player & can handle the team and motivate them.

Travel anywhere as per the requirement of Projects.

Co ordination with all “Materials Suppliers” about the requirement of Materials, inspections & delivery to site etc...

Liaison with Govt. Officers i.e. (DGM, Executive Engineer, S.D.O, and J.E.) project related matters.

Preparation of Invoices and follow up for payments.
