Results were defined service requirements, accurate service contracts, and effective application development.

• Consulted, developed, and implemented a major statistical analysis training package for a $380 million parts inventory business at IBM’s largest distribution center. Educated over 140 parts analysts and assisted in application development that resulted in a $2.4 million per year savings.
