Part of being an on call part-time staff member I facilitate conditioning classes twice a week for facility and staff members. The conditioning classes are taught throughout fall and spring semester. Classes consist of performing different exercise routines to help group individuals reach their desired fitness level. I answered questions for individuals who wanted fitness health tips, on what foods to eat, and what exercise routines should be performed.
When not teaching classes I manned the front desk at the fitness center serving customers as they entered the facility. I am responsible for answering questions when speaking to faculty, staff and
