Sept 2000- Sept 2009 Morrison Management Specialists Mobile, AL IT Support Manager/ Project Manager
As project manager I documented the relocation of 36 servers from Mobile, AL to Charlotte, NC. I used various MS tools such as Visio, MS Access, Word, Excel and SharePoint to track control change with all involved with the project. I would present and sent documentation to the team via files, email, SharePoint, and hard copies on a weekly basis of the progress, changes and adjust changes as needed to the project documentation. I created/ restructured a support team of ten technicians when Morrison Management automated the systems national with a data communication network. I developed procedures and SDLC and methods for this team to trouble-shoot, repair, was an escalation resource and setup these systems for approximately 1200 hospitals. I created procedures for follow-up and issues trends using a database system I developed. This gave management an idea of how product and or systems were working with our customers. I also help define support and procurement contracts with various vendors as IBM, HP, AT&T, etc to establish LAN/WAN networks, VOIP and infrastructure. As the IT manager I would handle advanced issues and used my knowledge to create support databases to track any outstanding issues. I also functioned as their IT Project Manager. I defined systems, plan roll-outs and designed support procedures to help improve resolution of problems reported. I have work on major information technology projects that involved several LAN/WAN systems. I have created problem database report systems for management.

Morrison Inc. wanted to install PC-based point-of-sale and sales tracking systems in 600 locations. I was hired to help start and hardware and infrastructure support helpdesk. I setup training and roll-out plans with IBM to accomplish task. Once systems were in place I created a helpdesk of seven people to do 12 hours 7-day support. Since I was first to help establish the system I was the lead support technician for hardware, software and remote maintenance.
Aug 1980- Sept 1986 Research Institute for Advanced Technology (RIAT) a division of Central Texas College Killen, TX
Data-Communication Engineer
RIAT was a department of Central Texas College; there I was part of the data processing support team. My duties were to install satellite campuses throughout Texas where personal computers connected to the central campus mainframes. Computer repair and data communications issues were a regular daily function. I would rotate from remote to the main campus on every other week basis to help cover any computer related issues that occurred.

Team Chief for high frequency data communication systems. I was responsible for tactical and static sites to provide telephone-voice, computer and digital communications for various Army commands. Duties included scheduling six soldiers to provide this task on an immediate notice for the setting up and maintenance/repair of UHF, PCM, security/encryption and Troposphere systems. Performed other NCO duties such as training exercises at firing ranges, tactical measures, and equipment care. Current member of FBI Infragard Cyber Division. Was board member until restructured by D.C. Fully vested by FBI.
