Ability to execute all the brew house operation such milling, mashing, lautering or Mash Filtering and Wort boiling smoothly using the SCADA.
Ability to apply influence of different parameters in controlled way such PH, Temperature etc during the mashing, lautering and wort boiling.
Ability to calculate the Malt Water ratio, Hops addition and utilization, Brew house yield, Evaporation etc.
Fermentation and Yeast management:
Ability to propagate the yeast in the brewery.
Ability to carry out microbiological examination, yeast cell concentration, pitching and aeration process.
Ability to control and regulate all the factors affecting the fermentation such as yeast strain and condition, pitching rate and yeast growth, temperature, oxygen, Zinc and trub carry over.
Ability to calculate the IBU, alcohol content, attenuation limit of beer as well as different parameters.
Filtration and Beer stabilization.
Ability to carry out the Filtration using the various Filtration method such Plate and frame filters, membranes filters, leaf filters.

Worked as site in charge during pipe fitting, welding and modification in the Production and Bottling department.
Commissioning of Different Pipeline such as Air, CO2, Water, Steam and Glycol of production as well as Bottling section at Raj Brewery Pvt. Ltd. Hakui, Nawalparasi, Nepal with the supervision of GEA personnel.
