CEO reporting to the Board of Directors: responsible for choosing all repertoire, engaging artistic personnel, supervision of productions, budget preparation, long range planning, fundraising and grant writing.
In 2002 I led the successful $8 million capital campaign for the renovation and purchase of the historic North Park Theatre, both a State of California and City of San Diego historic landmark.
In 2006 I developed and instituted a full-time summer academy for middle and high school students providing scholarships to underserved low-income communities in San Diego.
