Redesigned the battery cooling system for the 2019 MSOE Formula Hybrid vehicle
Designed parts of the cooling system, like air flow barriers, intake scoops, inlet and exhaust fans
with AC unit, using SolidWorks
Worked with ANSYS to create and analyze the FEA and CFD models of the cooling system
Designed a model of the battery box in order to run bench tests
Reduced weight of the cooling system by 15%
