At this KOA location I do the same tasks as I did at the Seattle/Tacoma location along with a few extra tasks such as maintaining the cleanliness of the campground restrooms and cabins. This location also has amenities that Seattle/Tacoma did not have such as a storage facility for big rigs so I create contracts for this as well.

Seattle/ Tacoma KOA Reservationist May 2017-May 2018

As a reservationist, the biggest part of my job is to make reservations for campers and answering any questions about our campground over the phone while checking in reservations. I also stock the camp store and assist with purchases.

H&R Block January 2017- May 2017 Receptionist

As a receptionist, I made appointments for clients to meet with a tax professional, answered any receptionist appropriate questions transferred calls to tax professionals when needed and handled payments after taxes had been completed.

Do It Right Construction May 2016- January 2017 Construction Apprentice

As a construction apprentice for this small remodeling business I learned to demo out old homes and replenish them into new beauty. I did a lot of the grunt work including some finish work as well and cleaning.

As a server I assisted customers with food and drink orders, retrieved alcoholic beverages from the bar and served food when it was ready. I bussed tables and reset them as well.
