RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitored and effect delivery of consignments from the Port of arrival to client’s designated destinations.
- Ensures smooth and cordial relationship with the various inspection agencies for speedy processing of all documentations necessary for the inspection of goods for imports and exports.
- Follow up on the documentation flow and ensure that all relevant shipping documents are received before the arrival of vessel.
- Follow up with the inspection agency to ensure that RAR is ready and duty effected before the Arrival of vessel.
- Liase with the Clearing Agent to ensure that goods are expressly cleared and delivered as Scheduled.
- Conduct Final check on documents before remittance to the clearing department.
- All Shipping Companies Operations, such as, Cargo Releasing, Deposit Refund Collection, Bill of Lading Collection and Amendment, etc.
- Ensuring Customers Satisfaction at all times by providing positive result on all relevant issues.
