General (Operations) Manager

Successfully performed the duties of Operations Manager for this small, woman-owned general construction company. Key Performer relating to company’s performance and overall goals. Tripled organizations profits and contract commitments, while introducing company to the Commercial Construction Arena. Increased company’s marketability in a very competitive building industry.

General Manager Contributions:

Managed public contracts varying from government buildings to harbor dredging. Job duties included managing project integrity, contractors, subcontractors, document controls, project security, material storage, material on-site, all phases of contract tasks, contract progress, communication of contract progress to end-user, upward reporting, project compliance, project drawings and specifications, inspection of contractor work and documentation.
