2013- 2015: Social work lecture at Thang Long University in Hanoi, Vietnam.

2009 - 2011: Project officer in “Education for Ethnic Minority” project run by ActionaidVietnam. My detailed responsibilities were planning, monitoring and supervising the activities and financial management of the project in the project areas.

Technical Advisor livelihood patterns in Phuc Hoa District, Cao Bang Province for the organization ActionAid Vietnam.

2010 - 2011: Part time staff at Mai Viet psychological counseling center. My main job was to counsel for customers through hot line telephone about psychosocial problems.

2007- 2009: I worked as a marketing staff, counselor and communicator at Population Services International organization under the project “Behaviour change & Social marketing for HIV/AIDS prevention”. Activities performed include:

Communication and counseling for those who are at risk of HIV / AIDS: young men aged 18-45 in the area of Hanoi

Organize events, training courses for workers and male labor mobility in Hanoi on life skills and coping skills to face the risk of HIV / AIDS.
