Led the resettlement of 10 refugees of waring countries file the documents and paperwork which helped them to be resettled in foreign countries like Australia and USA
Managed and lead a refugee sponsored Program of UNHCR skill empowerment programs and formal Educations successfully for 3years.
Supervised Monitoring and Evaluation for a vocational training project for Melania Foundation (Netherlands) which was being carried out at Arkline Community Centre in Kenya 2003-2005 it was one of their most successful projects. (Reference website: www.Melania foundation.org)
Spearheaded development of a human resource policy for Intraglobal Training Institute, which has since then improved the operations of the organization positively and reduced the high staff labor turnover drastically to 30%
