Secretarial Functional Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth flow of Secretarial functions and assist Managing Director in his day to day activities.
Responsible for overall secretarial functions for Managing Director, Scheduling and fixing up an appointments for Managing Director – Internal & External.
Timely submission and clearance of expense claims and ensure for settlement of bills and payments for Managing Director
Preparation of qualitative presentations effectively as per business requirement.
Preparation of monthly reports in coordination with all Head of the departments and DCS (Demand Chain Systems) globally.
Travel co-ordination for top and senior management staff, processing of visa documents and invitation letters to officials as per the business requirement.
