The retrieval of document list and PDF documents from On Demand repository using OTS, Sunrise applications. These documents include Bank Statements, RPS Statements, Tax Statements, Cards Statements, Annual Account Summary, DCF letters, SLC Letters, Dispute Letters, Costco Shopping Pass etc.

It acts as a central hub accumulating offers from different sources and presenting to multiple channels (e. g. IVR, ATM, Branch Users, Citibank Online, Citi Wallet etc.). The user feedback and presentment status of various offers would also be captured via Aggregate Offer Manager to provide an enriched Offer experience to the customer.
