These documents include Bank Statements, RPS Statements, Tax Statements, Cards Statements, Annual Account Summary, DCF letters, SLC Letters, Dispute Letters, Costco Shopping Pass etc.

The user feedback and presentment status of various offers would also be captured via Aggregate Offer Manager to provide an enriched Offer experience to the customer.
