ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

To check and control the quality of Gypsum, Fly ash, clinker and cement by chemical analysis.

Testing of raw water (PH, Cl2, BOD.).

Cube preparation & compressive strength checking of grinding, dispatched cement

Testing of complete and market samples Blaine, Moisture, LOI,IR,SO3,Cao & Mgo,Fe2o3,Al2o3,Cl2 by chemical analysis EDTA.

To calculate normal consistency (NC) of cement and clinker.

To check setting time of cement and clinker.

Implementation of 5S in the Plant.

Solution Making and Standardization.

Maintaining the high Safety standards during product testing

Leading a team of people including Managers for better Housekeeping in plant.
