The scope of works includes construction of an International School project with a cost of 18.9 million AED and a Total Built Up Area-443,786.23 sqft and its Infrastructural works. The area of work primarily consists of performing all daily inspection in co-ordination with consultant to achieve the required quality of construction in site as per the drawings and specification for all works under the contract. Also ensuring of all the QA/QC documents for the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, IR’s and closing NCR. Furthermore, developing method statement for the activity including risk assessment and Inspection Test Plan and the necessary checklist based on the activities & specifications of the project.
