Delta T Group Nov 2017-Current Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter Woodbridge NJ

Responsible for Staffing, Recruiting and maintaining growth of my book. My day to day consists of building relationships with new potential clients while maintaining relationships with my current clients. I am also responsible for recruiting for any open needs my clients may have and staffing the new hires to the various assignments within the residential/direct care field. Also responsible for credentialing all new qualified applicant’s files, and sending them down to QA for review and approval. Responsible for scheduling drug tests with Quest Diagnostics and setting up CPR/First Aid certifications as well as recertification’s. My duties also include working very closely with payroll to assure the time sheets received by the contractors are correct, accurate and in good standing. In addition to that I participate whenever possible In Job Fairs to bring awareness to the public about our services and to recruit potential new staff as well.

Responsible for processing payroll on a weekly basis, scheduling all clients and staff and mailing out their monthly schedules . Also responsible for interviewing all applicants as well as grading and processing their tests as well as credentials. This would include running backgrounds like FBI,OIG,NSOPW, SAM,Criminal,Child Abuse etc. Responsible for scheduling meet and greets with families and staff which could range from skilled nursing cases to Home health aide cases .
