Oversaw the demolition and reclamation of two cotton mills located in Tifton, GA and Sylacagua, AL built in 1909 and 1879. The lumber used in the facility is long leaf pine, some details to the project were to remove the lumber (roof, floor, and beams) for the purpose of reclaiming and creating decorative interior furnishings and cabinets. Scrapping approximately 1000 tons of metal including a 250-foot-tall standing water tower installed in the early 20's, cleaning and reclaiming antique solid red brick for multiple reuses and leaving a clean vacant lot ready for any use.

Supervising Environmental Technician – Republic Services Bridgeton Landfill
Supervised 7 environmental technicians responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of landfill gas extraction systems, leachate collections systems and other related landfill systems.
Responsibilities included conducting or assisted with environmental sampling including ground water, surface water, leachate and gas migration to ensure the ongoing compliance with applicable state and federal safety regulations.
Ensured that all employees had proper training and maintained training records resulting in zero safety incidences.
Troubleshot and corrected landfill gas extraction systems when necessary; determined when to elevate issues to management to ensure timely correction.

Supervised fourteen employees that ranged from equipment operators, HDPE welders, and laborers. Duties and responsibilities included schedule labor, equipment and tools to meet milestone tasks on or before schedule and reducing operating cost.
Responsible to plan, schedule, maintain quality control compliance to company policy and industry standard requirements.
Oversaw regrading operations of approximately 2 miles of storm water collection ditches including the removal and installation of EVOH liner.
Project completed safely, on time and under budget while managing change orders. Obtained material and equipment with the lead time to make sure it was available when work began.

High visibility project, Magnitude $10.1 million, for USACE that had been subject to multiple acquisition delays since December 2012 and it was under a political spot-light from HQ, State of NY and the Governor's Office.
Supervised 20 to 50 employees and subcontractors in accordance with the daily operations.
Executing the daily project statement of work to ensure operations were kept on schedule and adjusting due to unexpected equipment break downs or employee reduction.
Project completed on time with no safety incidents and under budget.
Construction Superintendent-Hurricane Isaac Debris Clean-up October 2012 – February 2013
Mission Project for the USACE New Orleans District, the project involved the cleanup and turf reestablishment along 36 miles of levees located in the New Orleans East Parish and the St Bernard Parish.
Project execution involved hand cleanup of non-organic debris, clearing of organic debris and pushing it to the edge of right of way. 220,000 tons of debris removed and hauled to a construction and demolition (C&D) dumpsite of non-organic and organic material, along with some in-place debris reduction. The project achieved an “Exceptional” in all rated categories - Quality of Product or Service, Schedule, Cost Control, Business Relations and Management of Key Personnel.

Construction Superintendent- Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), Design-Build (D-B), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Subproject, New Mexico August 2011 – September 2012
Duties include management and site supervision of project field operations, including client liaison; subcontractor services and craft labor, and adherence to project scope, safety, budget, and schedule. Responsibilities include: preparing work plans, technical reports; construction to system design and project specifications; overseeing and coordinating site activities, maintaining weekly safety inspections, excavation management; backfill and grading; and overall site project health and safety and quality compliance.

Poudre River Phase II Remediation Project, Fort Collins, CO December 2004 – March 2005
Supervised 20 employees and the by-pass pumping restoration activities for the excavation of 50,000 tons of coal tar impacted soil and installation of 750 feet of PVC sheet pile cut-off wall, 30 feet deep into the riverbank to prevent future contaminant migration into the river. Constructed water treatment system to handle 24-hour 7-day per week construction dewatering. Magnitude $4.0 million
