Spearheaded project planning and delivery executions, and introduced new processes, innovations and solutions to drive sophisticated processes at Bell TV. Identified opportunities and insights to business stakeholders and share innovative ideas to help resolve organization’s business challenges.
Using Scrum Framework, implemented Bell IFRS15 project, moving to ordering / contract event-based revenue reporting model to be industry compliant. Introduced launch of Bell TV new hardware billing management system and Bell TV invoice redesign, improving accuracy, clarifying and simplifying residential customer invoice, order confirmation, and enforcing consistency from time of order to receipt of invoice, resulting in improved and increased customer satisfaction.
