Senior Vice-President 2017 – Present

Interim financial leader of a $500 million private equity-backed, leading national personal insurance distribution company with 700 retail stores in 18 states, national telesales in all 50 states, and an MGA business. Company is being acquired in a private equity transaction.

Lead a cross-functional support team located throughout the U.S. and in Mexico including FP&A, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, treasury and audit

Executed $575M debt financing transaction ($550M term loan and $25M revolver credit facility), including presenting to Banking Institutions and Ratings Agencies, completing analytics supporting solvency opinion, and covenant compliance/reporting requirements

Reduced close process from 30+ days to less than 5 days currently
